SPS1 Smart Priority Switch

  • For connecting 2 receivers to 1 LNB
  • One receiver takes control of the LNB

The SMART way to connect two receivers to one LNB. The Global SMART switch has one port as the priority output. When this receiver is turned on, LNB control is taken from this receiver. If the priority receiver is turned off, the other receiver takes control of the LNB.Both receivers can watch channels simultaneously from the LNB, but only if they require the same polarity and band.

Control power

If the main receiver removes the LNB supply when in standby, connect the priority receiver to port A. Whenever this receiver is turned on, it will control the LNB.

Voltage

If the main receiver does not turn off the LNB supply when in standby, connect the priority receiver to port B, and the black wire to a 0/12V port on the receiver, such as TV SCART pin 8.
